James has delivered the keynote at many of the most prestigious global conferences spanning multiple industries. He also delivers customized sessions for both the leadership teams and the global employee base of organizations, having done so for the leadership of companies like Bank of America, Better Up, CFA Institute, JP Morgan Chase, Loreal, McDonalds, McKinsey & Company, Meta, Micron, MIT, Novartis, Principal Financial Group, and Salesforce.

Lift Off
Following the initial on-boarding, leaders and organizations often request a guide to help them apply and operationalize the principles. On a select basis, James will choose to work with a senior change leader and organization as a consigliere fluent in finance, operations, and human behavior. The arrangement is customized and entails a comprehensive understanding of the complete story of the leader, brand, and organization.
It's not consulting. Everything is grounded in pedagogy; in addition, there is nothing that James speaks to that he has not himself accomplished over his career and life as a private equity investor, founder, and CEO.

On occasion and only if appropriate, FirePine Group, an investment affiliate, will make financial investments to catalyze or amplify change already underway.
