Most leaders begin their initial journey by watching James’ TED Talk or listening to his Dare to Lead interview with Brene Brown, both posted on the Media Tab. They then read the book while listening to the original music and guidebook questions on the Immerse Tab.
With this foundation of knowledge, James then provides a keynote (on scale or in book club format). He has delivered the opening keynote at the most prestigious global conferences spanning multiple industries. James also prepares customized sessions for leadership teams, communities, and the broader employee bases of organizations, having done so for organizations like Bank of America, Better Up, CalPERS, CFA Institute, JP Morgan Chase, Loreal, McDonalds, McKinsey & Company, Meta, Micron, MIT, Novartis, Principal Financial Group, Salesforce, and the US Government's Small Business Development Centers.

Following the initial on-boarding, leaders and organizations will often request strategic assistance in applying and operationalizing the principles to their unique circumstance. The arrangement is customized and entails a comprehensive understanding of the complete story of the leader, brand, and organization. Delivery of the advice is typically done on two levels: (i) at the strategic and financial levels; and (ii) at the learning and development level for the broader organization.
Behavioral and financial changes are tracked through a comprehensive data analytics platform and metholodogy.
